Nir
Infortal's
in-house managers and investigators have extensive experience
working with clients on complex background investigations
and are adept at interfacing with clients to address and
respond to their most critical needs. Our investigators
are available to make presentations to and conduct training
with our clients' management teams and staff on a variety
of relevant topics including business investigations, executive
due diligence, pre-employment screening, protection of intellectual
property and workplace violence.

international business investigations, including thorough

Danny
Vakharia, CISSP
Director of IT and Information Security
Mr.
Vakharia serves as a strategic advisor in the area of computer
security on behalf of Infortal Worldwide.
Mr.
Vakharia supports Infortal's Information Technology,
Security & Privacy initiatives. Prior to joining Infortal,
he held a variety of senior management positions at IT and
INFOSEC. Previously, while at Altimum, Inc., Mr. Vakharia
was responsible for strategic IT planning and security,
supporting initiatives in Wi-Fi enterprise, BCP/DRP, establishing
co-location centers and supporting UNIX and Windows on both
hardware and software platforms. Prior to Altimum, Mr. Vakharia
led a number of information technology teams at Uniteq Applications
and Trimble Navigation Ltd. where he was chartered to integrate
and operate IT technologies and services to the defense,
engineering and manufacturing sectors. He was instrumental
in developing and managing the business relationship with
Dell Computer Corporation.
Mr.
Vakharia has extensive experience in establishing and supporting
IT departments as well as designing, installing and operating
computing and networking solutions. He received his Post
Graduate award in Business Management at Hertfordshire University
UK, including corporate-sponsored executive management programs
at Harrow College, UK. Mr. Vakharia has received recognition
for his technical and managerial acumen, and is also a recipient
of the coveted Certified Information Systems Security Professional
(CISSP).
Etay
Nir
Director of Technology Architecture
Mr.
Nir serves as a strategic advisor in the area of computer
security and technology architecture on behalf of Infortal
Worldwide.
Mr.
Nir currently serves as the Director of Technology Architecture
for Net Helix, an e-business strategy and storage solutions
provider for emerging and Fortune 1000 technology companies.
In this role he is responsible for formulating the technology
vision, direction, design and development for Net Helix's
leading edge products. Prior to joining Net Helix, he was
the Western Region Technical Account Manager with a multi-million
dollar sales quota at Finjan Software, a leading anti-virus
software company. In this strategic role, Mr. Nir was responsible
for forging business relationships with Fortune 1000 accounts.
Additionally, he has worked with the government sector including
the DOE and the State of California. Earlier in his career,
Mr. Nir served in a variety of IT and R&D roles with
Netmor Applied Modeling Research and Comverse Future Technologies.
During this period Mr. Nir was responsible for designing
a multi-platform network with UNIX/Windows connectivity
and for developing a server farm for large and complex mathematical
calculations and graphical modeling.
Mr.
Nir has extensive experience in designing and implementing
development environments and networks within demanding environments.
He has created Solaris and Linux development environments
featuring Jumpstart servers, version control and integration
environments. Mr. Nir is also well versed in 3D mathematical
model simulation and 3D graphical modeling programming.
In technology development, Mr. Nir is well versed in OOD,
OOP in C++, MFC, Win32, Java and Delphi for Windows and
Motif platforms, OSF and X-Windows for UNIX and Linux platforms.
